Workshare members contribute the equivalent of 4 hours work per week from April-December and receive a full share of the harvest for a whole year.  Applicants will join our growers in all aspects of plant and production, working together in the field. Workshares should be happy to carry out manual labour involving bending and/or working on your knees, carrying some weight (ie compost) and working outside despite the weather.
