Next Members’ Meeting 24th September!

Our next members’ meeting will be 24th September at Horfield Meeting House at 7:30 pm (see map here). We have some very important strategic decisions to make about the future of Sims Hill, so all voices are needed! Please come along if you can.

Land Matters Forum and Apple Pressing Event 5th October at Feed Bristol!

Feed Bristol is located on the junction of Frenchay Park Rd and Stoke Lane in Stapleton (BS16 1HB). The entrance is by the traffic lights on Frenchay Park Road.

Link up with a growing community of people intent on empowering Bristol to create a sustainable food future.

Join us in a facilitated day of workshops about the people, projects, policy and practicalities to do with land rights, food sovereignty and policy.

We will have a range of speakers from different aspects of the local food movement, including: The Blue Finger Alliance, Campaign for Rural England, Land Workers Alliance, Avon Wildlife Trust, Sims Hill, Edible Futures, the Food Policy Council and other influential key practitioners.

Kids activities provided including apple pressing, story telling and pumpkin mania! Cafe and fresh from the plot food.

Special ticket offer available onsite for Ceilidh by Fitty Gomash and guests at secret location from 8pm. Not at Feed Bristol!
